Hands-On Class Requirements
Participants of courses marked as "hands-on" are required to have a network-enabled Win2K/XP/Vista laptop with administrative rights to both the operating system and anti-virus software (to create a directory exempt from anti-virus scanning), an office suite with word processing and spreadsheet capabilities (i.e. MS Word and Excel), and a CD-ROM drive.

 

Cancellation Policy and Travel Arrangements
Cancellations or transfers within 14 days of the session will not be refunded; however, a substitute can attend the session in the original registrant's place. Cancellations more than 14 days prior to the session will be refunded via the same method by which the registration was paid minus a $200 cancellation fee. Transferring of registrations more than 14 days prior to the session are subject to a $200 transfer fee.

When making your travel arrangements for an event, we recommend making "refundable" air and hotel reservations or suggest waiting until 14 days before the class to book your reservations. Courses with very low enrollment are occasionally canceled or rescheduled; this is typically determined 30 days before the event. If the class is canceled or rescheduled, we will email and call the registrant no later than 14 days prior to the original class date. Kindly note that Canaudit is not responsible for airline or hotel cancellation fees.
